Today's IPA

Today I will be enjoying a Trickster IPA from Black Raven Brewing.

I like it. It tastes like IPA.

Note: I pretty much like every IPA I try as long as it isn't too sweet, which happens sometimes.

A friend of mines uncle owns a brewery in Salem. They make a pretty good one too. Gilgamesh brewing.

I don't like sweet IPAs either. Happy and crisp is my favorite.

However I am changing my drink from a Blue Moon to a Modelo lime red beer.

“Stoney Stallion” by Post Falls Brewing (actually mixing two beer) is tremendous.

I've taken trips around the northwest where we stop at multiple breweries in a day, getting a full growler at each place.
I just looked at my collection and didn't see Gilgamesh. Added to the list!

The mamba is ok for a lighter one. But they have a few that are better IPA style.

If any of you like beer with added fruit, Secret Machine. This is my favorite thing ever. Any flavor of it.



That said, I'm going with another Delaware treasure, Dogfish Head Sea Quench Ale today.

Do you get Cherry Wheat Sam adams? I cant get it here. But had it on tap in michigan this summer on vacation. Had to watch the detroit opener there.

Are the bigger chain liquor stores that typically carry it. Can also be found at HEB or Kroger grocery stores.

It’s on Tap at many bars restaurants but that’s a total crap shot. Maybe you could hit up the Brewery on FB or their website to inquire about distribution in the Dallas area.

Worth the hunt though.
