Would suck to lose Baldwin but if he goes down, at lreast we can give some time to Darboh.
You mean "can give some time to Darreus Rogers" :)

Actually I think Rogers may go under-utilised so we can sneak him onto the practice squad and keep him for next year as a replacement for Kearse as the "blocking WR". Doesn't really make sense to part with Kearse this year, but next year he'll probably be a cap casualty.

Anyone else noticing that it seems like JD McKissic's name keeps popping up an awful lot in these kinds of tweets/threads?

Considering the stable of RB's we have in camp, I can't help but find that awfully interesting...

Good for Fant, something to build on

Those are all positive. Been hearing nothing but praise for Fant from both inside and outside the organization.

on Baldwin's injury, RW is live in his press conference now and said he doesn't know the diagnosis or anything, but he's sure he'll be fine. Could be acting coy or could really believe that. For now, I'll go with that and wait for more details.

....keeping in mind that is coming from someone that claims to wash away a concussion with water.

I'm just going to add the 8/11 tweets instead of starting a new thread.

Vannett and Swoopes will be looking to capitalize on that.

At this point, it's sounding very much like Fant is in the driver's seat to be the starting LT when the season opens. I say that before a single Preseason game or snap has occurred, but I'm liking what I'm hearing at this point. I'm anxious to see how things go on Sunday.

Also loving what I'm hearing about Darboh ... and it's also sounded like David Moore has been doing some good things as well.

Could it be that every one of our draft choices make the opening day roster ... and that several of them actually play integral roles on this team this year? I'm curious to see how things shake out moving forward.

I don't think I've seen them do this before

Well one is on the injury non football list, and it's a big one.

Well, OK Chris -- excluding him. I've pretty much written him off for this year. I was talking about everyone else.

I have no doubt that there are random bumps and tweaks with these guys, but I doubt they can't be played through. It's probably no coincidence that the positions where Pete is choosing to "be real careful" with guys (TE, CB, KR, now WR) are the same positions where there's heavy competition. They're not holding Frank Clark out.
