So wth is the update on this thing?

He's supposedly going to workout for the Hawks and Patriots this week.

Although, if he ran a 4.2 at the Jets workout and came away unsigned, probably means he's really raw or flawed in other areas.

Hopefully the Hawks can sign him as a 6th/7th WR with big upside/emergency QB.

Or they are lower on his (Pryor's) list of teams he wants to play for than one or more of the teams he's still scheduled to workout for...

Or That. Good point.

You also have better QBs on the Patriots and Seahawks than the Jets.

That's important for a newer/raw WR.

With those measurables, he's actually a superior physical talent than DGB, who had so much draft buzz this year.

Whats to stop him from going to the Packers? Rodgers made some twice-cut WR Jones a redzone target under our vaunted defense. That should be his first priority if he wants to be paid as a WR.

I am not sure about the Seahawks but Patriots might turn him into a solid receiver if there is any potential.

Correct, we can't throw to the studs we have now. What difference would another one make?

evell could line him up at WR with an empty backfield and then shift having him move to QB and make Wilson a RB, he then can ask was everyone surprised when Pryor throws a pick six to Russell on a Bubble screen. :p

Chris Mathews, based on his snaps, must not be impressing anybody.

Behind this lies the reason that the Seahawks haven't had, and don't play, tall receivers. Taller receivers don't do well against the LOB, so not doing as well in practice vs the LOB as the shiftier guys, the taller guys are relegated to the bench or just cut. In games where a size mismatch would cause all sorts of troubles for opponents, we get to watch Kearse and Baldwin get smothered all game long...oh goodie. It's getting old.

Thank u! I've always believed that our practice of playing ones against ones in scrimmage hurts our defense and helps our offense for this reason.

Graham is, or should be, our number one receiver. It looks as if we will use him as a poor blocker instead.

Would've been nice....

Make up for it by signing Josh Gordon with no guaranteed money this off-season.

There should be a penalty for necroing old threads like this. I suggest forced adoption of DonkoSpurt's avatar for a month.

It looks like we missed on this one. Terrelle is looking like a legit playmaker this year.

You can literally do this for most of the playmakers in the league. Antonio Brown is one. Allen Robinson is one. David Johnson is one. And on and on.

Fortunately we still have a ton of talent on the roster. Bumping threads like this is utterly pointless.
