I should have posted this earlier, but better late than never I guess.
Needed:
- TV.
- Cable box with DVR.
- Smartphone with Tune In app to listen to radio (other apps like iHeart Radio might work too).
- Male to male auxiliary cable.
1. Connect your smartphone to your speakers via the auxiliary cable.
2. Launch the Tune In app on your smartphone and search for and start playing the 710 ESPN radio broadcast.
3. Go to live broadcast on your TV.
4. Your TV should be ahead of the Tune In broadcast.
5. Now simply pause/rewind the TV until the play is synced up with the radio broadcast. I find penalty calls by the refs make it the easiest to sync because you can match the words with their mouth.
6. If you mess up and pause the TV too long, just fast forward and try again. It might take a few tries.
7. From my experience, it should stay synced for the rest of the game.
When commercials come on and you want to listen to them, you have to switch the audio back (depends on your set up). Might be a pain to some, but it's worth it to me.
