Might be like a dark steel. Might have a bluish tint too. Can't really tell because of the lighting.

No new uniforms for Seattle. NFL regulations say you can't change the uniforms any faster than five years. We just got ours three years ago.

I think its the lighting of the photo. If you look at the jersey in the background it looks pretty similar.
