Agree. Everyone except the Carroll trio is being scrutinized.

Kinda surprising with only 2 years left on Pete's contract he would go that deep into his staff.

Change is good!

The whole staff needed a shakeup as the team had become predictable and things had gotten stale.

Now for team roster changes. Here there will be more 'interesting changes' as the shakeup continues. Pete is now serious about changing things and accountability so it appears.

Pete would be wise to find at least one of his boys a home on another team. Working for someone else would be good for their careers as well (if indeed they can coach).
