Since the introduction of Madden football, four straight correct predictions. In recent years, when the game was more refined, it has a pattern:

Wrong
Right
Right

Wrong
Right
Right

In other words, if it follows the pattern, it is due to be wrong this year.

Didn't Madden also give Sherman a hard time last week. The same Madden that coached a bunch of anabolic steroid raging convicts in Oakland for like 10 years?

It's the Madden video game simulation, not the actual living person.

But didn't, like, a dog and a porcupine both pick the Hawks? I'm pretty sure those animals know what they're doing.

Normal odds of random choice would give you three.

So it's better by one - not really anything to write home about - certainly within a normal variance.

I thought we took the ball first against Chicago.

It's acceptable. The Broncos aside from their losses have looked dominant all season.

Our team on the other hand in quite a few wins have looked "lucky to survive". I'm not saying we lose this game, but I'm not going to be upset if we're not favored either. Last Sunday's game was probably the first game against a good team that didn't end with more questions than confidence.

Anyway, if Beast has a good game this game, I think we can prove Madden wrong.
