I know you guys won't hear about this until tomorrow. I don't have a link. Just very reliable information. Palmer was not able to practice this week and this morning could not lift his arm over his head. Very slim chance he will play. It just can't get any worse for us

Tough break. I've always liked how Palmer can sling the ball, back from his epic 2005 season. Hope he can play soon.

Stanton will replace. It seems to be a nerve injury. I would assume he would be good to go next week against SF.

Honestly Palmer seemed like he was itching to throw 3 picks vs San Diego, I kept thinking that's a bloodbath vs the LOB. But against non lob teams yeah he probably gives you the best chance, he can get on decent streaks still.
Sorry for the litany of bad news, cards d was the only d I saw last weekend that flew to the ball and seemed like it was an nfcw d, aside from ours obviously. Tough to evaluate San Fran but they didn't seem as fast or physical even in a lopsided victory.

Now that what I've reported yesterday has been verified. (Even though Arians said he would play yesterday) I would just like to say this may not be a one game ordeal. The injury may be a season long thing. It is not known yet and a specialist will be looking into it. It occurred on Monday night football when Palmer lowered his shoulder on a scramble.
