I agree with him, the NFL HOF has gone away from it's true design (much like the Rock n' roll HOF).
By Deion's definition, I believe there would be at least 6 Seahawks (current and former) who fit - Pete Carroll, John Schneider, Russell Wilson, Kam Chancellor, Marshawn Lynch, and Richard Sherman. These guys stand out to me as those who changed the game.
