Shanahan should have called time out with a minute left. I was screaming at the TV. He might be a great play designer and play caller, but he is not skilled at managing a game.



Also, the claims of the refs "cheating" for the 49ers are predictable but sad. The Falcons simply played undisciplined football much of the game. I don't recall seeing any actually blatantly incorrect calls, including the second to last play where Hooper clearly lost control of the ball. Some judgement calls went in the 49ers favor (and some didn't, like the non-pass interference that was called on Ward, on the same play that Bosa was held), but as explained by the announcers, there were few things blatantly incorrect.
