Everett comes from the Los Angeles Rams, where he played under new Seahawks offensive coordinator Shane Waldron, who was previously LA’s passing game coordinator and was Rams tight ends coach during Everett’s rookie season.
Waldron is expected to bring a lot of concepts from the Rams to his offense with Seattle, and tight ends have played a big role in the Los Angeles offense that Waldron helped run under head coach Sean McVay.
