Why was his head coach forcing him to keep taking hits when the game was basically over?

Our guys loved it. Sitting duck. *Quack*

I believe it was 15 QB hits. He was pressured consistently all game. Other than that long first drive. Very impressed with the D Line. Having depth and a rotation is going to pay off big time this year imo.

The DLine looked good yesterday.

Agreed, the only major mistake I saw all day was Mone letting his weight fall on Wentz for one of his hits. Was very lucky not to get a penalty.

No doubt. Was nice that the refs were letting them play a little more. Though the DK thing seemed pretty ticky tack. Both teams were jawing back and forth.

You know the depth is there when Collier who we needed to come through last year didn't make the active roster week 1. That was telling and man it worked. Depth is KEY to keeping them fresh so they can go 100%. Looked really really good yesterday and they are still building that chemistry after only 1 game playing together. I'm excited to see the full potential take shape!

With the DK thing, in the replay it looked like the opposing player did way more (physically) than DK did with the official watching the whole thing. There was a PI call against the Seahawks that was ridiculously bad.

The worst one was the offsides call against Adams on the Colts first drive. Adams went when the clock went 00. So either it should have been a delay of game or let the play run. The result of the play was 4th down and that drive would have ended after a few minutes instead of 9 minutes.

Yeah, it seemed like there was at least two times that it was clearly delay of game, no call. Although on the 2nd one, they got a sack, so that worked out nicely.

Damn it was nice seeing Rasheem (Raheem now?) Green out there wrecking fools, he is as advertised.

This might be our deepest and most talented front seven since the first SB, in fact you could say it's the front 10-12 with how many talented guys they have in the rotation, and that includes dropping Adams and Blair down into the box as nickel LB/Safeties.

Also, pencil Brooks in for the Pro Bowl, dude's a beast.

The 4th down QB sneak attempt by the Colts was fun to watch with Adams going over the top of the C. Had Wentz stood up
with the ball he would have been smoked.

The Hawks were in his head and caused him to be moved from his spot and rushed almost all game, that affected his accuracy as well. He will likely fare better as the season goes on but will be sore today.

It was nice to see Taylor performing well and we are just beginning to see what we have there and it's looking good. Rasheem Green is starting to look like the player he was at times in college and hoped to be when drafted. our whole DLine played well.

It's amazing how much a good pass rush changes an entire game. And Wentz is the type of QB who can't handle that pressure at all. So many plays with pressure, forcing them out of their game.

Mone just destroyed him. I have no idea how he got up after that blast. Good lord, wait until their OL watches that tape.

And the Colts were supposed to have one of the better O-lines. This is a good sign of things to come.

Yeah, man. Green is still just 24, and already in his 4th season. At the time we understood that it was a longer-term projection on upside; but it certainly feels like it's coming to fruition.

Yep. Brooks is just silly good.

Wagner and Brooks combined for 24 tackles yesterday, they're gonna be one of the top LB duo's in the league this year. Brooks was all over the field.

I also like that Pete and Norton are sending him on more blitzes.

It was very painful to let KJ go, but glad the replacing youth is ready to carry the torch.

Mone also showed the proper way to go offsides.
