How can we move up to #5 in rushing, while moving down to #20 in run blocking? That doesn't make sense to me. What am I not getting?

Our run and pass blocking, coverage and tackling, were identified by PFF as area that need improvement.
Hi toffee,

An author on a different site stated that while the Hawk's gave up 2 sacks, the Giant's actually blitzed 30 times during that game, but he did not list a source.

That would seem like a pretty good Seahawk's pass blocking success rate to me, but not having access to PFF myself, I was wondering if you could verify that figure of the Giants blitzing 30 times or not?

"Our coverage still sucks according PFF, improving slowing, from #30 to #24."

The coverage doesn't suck. The coverage scheme sucks.

Allow me to explain. They gave Woolen a bad coverage grade against the Giants because he surrendered some cheap completions underneath.

However, he wasn't actually getting beat. The scheme called for him to stay on top and play soft, which allowed those completions. He did his responsibility, executing his assignment as asked, but then PFF dings him for it.
