January 8, 2011 BEAST QUAKE and the upstart 7-9 Seahawks led by Matt Hasselbeck defeat the 11-5 Saints.

We had a top 10 franchise QB, one of the best RB's of all time and after 2011 draft the entire LOB. But would that have happened if we had resigned Matt?

By letting Matt walk, PC was able to largely ignore the inadequate offensive line. Matt was an exceptional QB, and up to that point the best we ever seen in Seattle but he had to have a pocket to pass.

Marshawn was so good he didn't need blockers, he gained yards on busted plays.

Who was the highest sacked QB in 2011? Oh right, other than Alex Smith... Yep our very own Tarvaris Jackson with 42.

RW was the perfect fit for what we needed and unless something changes, we still do. Despite missing 3 games, RW was the 3rd highest sacked QB last year at 44 which happened to tie old Alex's in 2011.
