This wasn't built in two years, they already had the great offensive pieces. Shanahan's the biggest change there, and boy, what a change. Defense improving throughout the season probably due to Quinn more than anybody else, and yeah, they're looking very legit, now.

Well they fixed the offensive line in two years, it was a major problem when Quinn was hired. Those idiotic Falcon fans were always talking about firing Shanahan in that first year there.

This actually makes me feel a lot better about our game. Atlanta is obviously the best team in the NFC, and we still gave them the better fight.

This game just shows how down the NFC was this year. The Falcons and the beat up GB Packers are playing in the NFC Championship. Our two SB teams would have destroyed either one of these teams. Last years Carolina team would have also.

Please don't let yourself become like Bears fans who still talk smack by invoking the 85' bears...
