As a GM of 20+ years, I would think he watched more films than most of us. At this point, I would assume the biggest problem with Wilson was his football IQ and decision making. His shortcomings were masked behind PeteBall, and his athleticism. Since last year, the combination of no Pete, a step or two slower, his inflated ego, and how Pete needled his fragile psyche, must negatively affected his game.

Casserly also said that Aaron Curry was the best LB prospect in a decade prior to the 2009 draft. Yes, current and ex-GMs do get it wrong sometimes.
