Holmgren was on Softy's show yesterday and Softy thought that Bennet was trying to toughen up the O line and help the team. Holmgren shot that down and said Bennet has a burr under his saddle and is acting out in the only way he can. Softy was dumbfounded, just like some posters here. Holmgren said he sat down with Bennet a couple of weeks ago and knows this to be true. Who knows what JS's conversation was with Bennets agent, but if team leadership, making people better around him was a topic you can see how he is taking it as well as proving his pint. Utterly destroying the O line is how a guy with great pride would prove his point. Holmgren talked about punting the great Reggie White for the same type of thing during preseason.
