What settles it isn't a minor difference in times like that. IMO its what happens when you get there that makes the difference, along with level of competition.
Obviously, but I'm responding to a post calling him 20 pounds underweight.

To answer the subject-referenced question: Yes.

And the way all the experts and pundits react to the selection of Carter depending on which team picks him will either be:

A) (Carter goes to a team other than Seattle): "A brilliant A+ pick that will make them SB contenders for years!!!!!!!!!"
B) (Carter goes to Seattle): "Horrible pick! Seattle will severely regret this gamble on a player with character issues and likely shortcomings in the NFL!"

I’d be happy with Carter, Anderson, or *Richardson at 5. Asterisk for Richardson as that either ends up being the best pick in Hawks history or the worst bust. Whatever PC and JS think…I’m in.

I’d kind of like for us to move up from 20 to grab Gonzales but…I don’t see that happening.

Or….get one of these QB hungry teams to give up the farm for 5.
