Yes because it's the calls that are causing the Bengals to lose as of now. No call on the late hit on Palmer? Two accepted Penalties against the Bengals in the second half. Two drive extending phantom Penalties to keep the Begnals Drives alive both on 3rd and plus 10 plays that came well after the play. It's been bad all around.
