I think a decent rule of thumb for these sites is allowing yourself a single trade down. The problem is they are still using the old draft value chart which hasn't been relevant since the early 90's. You can end up with 15-20 third round picks simply by trading down constantly as result.

Here's one with a single trade down from 90 to 99/113.

Round 1 Pick 26: O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama (A+)
Round 2 Pick 26: Curtis Samuel, WR/RB, Ohio State (A+)
Round 3 Pick 35 (CAR): Rasul Douglas, CB, West Virginia (A+)
Round 3 Pick 41: Larry Ogunjobi, DT, Charlotte (A+)
Round 4 Pick 8 (CAR): Isaiah Ford, WR, Virginia Tech (A+)
Round 5 Pick 38: Corn Elder, CB, Miami (Fla.) (A+)
Round 6 Pick 26: Eddie Vanderdoes, DT, UCLA (A+)
Round 7 Pick 8: Elijah McGuire, RB, UL Lafayette (A+)
Round 7 Pick 26: Zane Gonzalez, K, Arizona State (A+)

It's a little unrealistic but I'd be happy with it. Howard would be another terrific target for Wilson and we'd have a scary 12 personnel package with him and Graham. Samuel is a playmaker who gives us depth for Procise and can line up anywhere, Douglas looks a lot like Browner, and Ogunjobi could provide some inside pass rush which we never have enough of. Ford would compete with Kearse and Richardson as a split end who can beat press coverage and provide a threat downfield.

Round 2 Pick 4 (CHI): Haason Reddick, OLB, Temple (B+)
Round 2 Pick 26: Marcus Williams, FS, Utah (A)
Round 3 Pick 3 (CHI): Kevin King, CB, Washington (C)
Round 3 Pick 26: Joe Mixon, RB, Oklahoma (A)
Round 3 Pick 41: Zay Jones, WR, East Carolina (A+)
Round 4 Pick 4 (CHI): Tedric Thompson, SS, Colorado (D-)
Round 5 Pick 38: Jonnu Smith, TE, Florida International (B-)
Round 6 Pick 26: Joe Mathis, DE, Washington (D)
Round 7 Pick 8: Jonathan McLaughlin, OT, Virginia Tech (C-)
Round 7 Pick 26: Zane Gonzalez, K, Arizona State (A+)

Don't really care about the grades they give. In this scenario, I have us signing Andrew Whitworth and Calais Campbell in FA.
I don't think any of these guys will be available where I got them except maybe Mixon, but if it shook out something similar to this (at least position wise) I would be stoked.

Haason starts at SAM and gives another nickel rusher, which is great for next year when we will probably lose Cassius.

Marcus Williams is Earls backup. Legitimate talent behind Earl, will play some Dime and Specials and if God forbid something happens to Earl again he will come in and make plays.

Kevin King starts opposite Sherm immediately. Long, athletic, ball hawk that tackles well in run game. Plays with tremendous swagger....sound familiar?

Mixon is a top 15 talent in this draft. Instantly gets carries. With him, Rawls, and Prosise in the stable this would be one of the best RB situations in all of football.

Zay Jones is just a stud. Next year Richardson is a FA, Kearse's contract increases and I don't think they keep him on the Roster, leaving them with Doug, Lock, and Mcavoy. Would get snaps this year, but next year he is probably starting opposite Lockett with Doug in the slot. He reminds me of a WR version of Russell Wilson, just go listen to his interviews.

Tedric is one of my favorite Safeties in this draft. I think Kam has 2 good years left with us. I see Thompson playing specials right away and starting in year 3 with Kam moving on.

Jonnu is a very talented receiving TE, filling the void of Luke. TE 3 on the roster.

Mathis probably goes round 2 or 3 if he did not have injury concerns. Such a talented rusher. Again, with Cash likely gone next year getting another edge rusher in the mix is a good idea.

McLaughlin probably doesn't make the team, but in my scenario he competes at RT with Gilliam this year. Whitworth is our LT with Fant behind him.

Zane Gonzalez, arguably the best kicker in the draft. Will push Blair Walsh back to FA.

Like a lot of these picks. As far as kickers go, I don't think there's a big difference between Elliott, Gonzalez or Rehko. I probably like Rehko the most, each Elliott and Gonzalez have missed LOADS of kicks in college.

I like Tedric, too. Actually, I like most of these picks.

The one thing that irritates me about first-pick.com is their bogus grading system. They have an overall grade that is much lower than the individual player grades. Just ridiculous....how does one get a C when the lowest grade of the individual picks is a B or A- even. That is plain stupid. So I just ignore their fake grading system because there is no rhyme or reason to it.

This is probably the best Mock simulation I've seen yet. Although I don't think it remotely possible once the combine concludes.

Those first 6 players pretty much all make the team and the active roster.
