I agree totally. Let the kid get used to NFL speed and understand the defense before you throw him in at LB where you have more assignments than contain outside and run like heck at the QB. Now he will do that stuff, and a bit more. Build it. Pete understands building linebackers and so does Norton. They saw one and drafted one, and 'redshirted' him last year for the long term benefit of the player and the team. Smart move. I would enjoy seeing Bruce sitting up in the box for a couple of the games with a headset on and getting a feel from above where he's supposed to move. Pete having job security let him do this.
