We haven't had any DT that played the first two games step up at all. Nkemdiche hasn't played so we don't know what he can do at this point. Even Mone has been somewhat underwhelming.

If the price is fair or even a little over the market then do it. At the very least other teams will have to game plan for him just because of his history. I would also make it a two year deal so if he explodes up we aren't having to bid for his services again in the next off-season.

Hopefully Dunlap has sold him on the Seahawks enough to help him want to come and sign here!

Had a feeling this might happen with Dunlap most likely in his ear. This is a no-brainer if he's healthy. Our CB depth might be terrible but if this D-Line plays like we hope with Geno it may not matter.

Boo! Yah! It only took a decade or so, but he's coming to the Great Pacific Northwest! :229031_thewave:

Get it done!
Plus, it will calm down the folks who freak out about glorified practice games. Especially ones with STARTERS going against 3rd and 4th stringers. We could use some positive news :irishdrinkers:

This D Line should be pretty damn deep. Keep that rotation going, fresh legs etc. Especially late in games.

This would be the worst move in the history of the…

I mean, sign him immediately assuming he will sign for around 3-5 million per year. This seems like a no-brainer to me if he’s healthy.

I'm 100% for this move. Worst case scenario: he's a good veteran presence in the locker room. Best case scenario: he replaces Reed's interior pass-rush production.

Until he got hurt in the 2019 season he was putting up 9 sacks a season all the way up to 2018. Took the 2020 season off. I have a feeling he will sign here or go to Dallas, as it seems to be what happens.

I think he could still be a great rotational 15-20-snap-per-game three technique. It'd take some pressure off the outside/inside guys, too.

His rotator cuff was bothering him before. That’s one of those injuries where you can play and hold off surgery but, you’re definitely not 100%.

Some tears are worse than others ofc…

He would be a very nice addition.

I'd rather spend the money on KJ, i think we're really gonna miss him but i understand the need for pass rush up the middle.
