I find it hard not to make those accusations about others, but I keep my mouth shut. Some of the newly minted "huge Seahawks fans" are annoying, but it's just because we have a sweet team and ultimately it makes the 12th Man stronger....and Seattle a better football city as a result.
I had one Seahawk fan accuse me of that so I asked him to name the position or number of any of the following: Nesby Glasgow, Grant Feasel, Paul Skansi, or Dan Doornik. He couldn't name one.....not even Dan Doornik! It doesn't make me a good fan for knowing that, those are just players that I remember as a kid mostly because they have catchy names....
One of my favorite Hawk memories growing up was Daryl Turner's ability to spike the ball. Was it just me, or did his spikes travel like 30 feet up in the air?
