The Hawks did have one top ten pick.... just one and that was Okung.

Oh, but Rich.. don't forget that even during the rebuild that the Hawks won the division and backed it up by taking out the Super Bowl Champs in the playoffs. That was the year that Niner fans thought they would win the division by default.
