Week 1 should be interesting.

Who gains more yards in week 1... Eddie Lacey against the Packers?... or Adrian Peterson against the Vikings?

Copy and paste one of these 100% genuine correctly spelled non-lacey names, a half-dozen provided above, for future postings about Eddie Lacy.

Hope this is helpful.

So you're saying this Laci guy is pretty good?

Lacy and Marshawn face off in the preseason :irishdrinkers:

unfortunately for us should come down to whose Oline is working better for yards.....but can't wait to see Beastmode and Feastmode go head to head :179422:

Preseason week 4. For most teams many starters don't even play and those that do will almost certainly not play more than a single series.

I'd be shocked if Lynch gets even a single carry in that game.
IIRC, Marsh averaged about 5 carries for the entire pre-season with us. ;)

Considering Marshawn had about 10 preseason carries total in all his years here, I wouldn't hold your breath on witnessing that matchup.

Just think about this if you can get Lacy to play his best ball and get Rawls back on track with his health, and you add Carson's potential to the mix.

This might be the most physical running back unit in the NFL.

That's a group that also includes a very electric CJ Prosise.

Not bad from a year ago.

I love watching prosise, but maybe makes it to the 5th game before injury. Hopefully he heals in time for the postseason. We just haven't had much luck with our flighty type backs staying healthy. Hopefully layceyk (k is silent) is the brutal battering ram we have been missing.

Although, clearly,of course, obviously,we have to remember that Russell Williams and Jordan Baldwyn (sorry can't 100% remember the brilliant post)are one of the greatest QB/WR combinations in NFL history, according to one of the major networks.

How anyone can forget Rueben Maize is beyond me. Then there's Kurt Varner and Dan Doorknob.

This thread is about as crazy as a Dave Craig wounded duck throw.
