I did not like seeing Russ take that hit. It looked bad. I had that “Hey that’s my QB feeling seeing it happen. I really hope he is ok.

We all knew this day would come eventually with the way he's run for us. It's never fun to see or entertaining, I felt a wave of disgust after his reaction to hitting the ground. I've been incredibly hoping for his failure this season for our draft pick's sake, but watching that fall was just...sad. Hoping for a full recovery.

It's one thing seeing a genuine POS getting hurt, like Leonard Little or Randy Gregory or Richie Incognito say, but regardless of being persona non grata here, that injury shouldn't be celebrated by anyone. That shot of his face waking up from the hit was scary and just one concussion can end a career.

He shouldn't have been diving head first like that, normally he slides feet first. Hopefully he's ok.
