He's always been a really good coach. The question has been, and continues to be, how long he can go at any one place. He tends to be his own worst enemy personality-wise.

He looked really pleasant in his press conference. He told jokes, anecdotes, and stories about the program and the players. He's either more comfortable, or he learned from his last experience.

Harbaugh is always pleasant after a win.

After a loss, he's a major red ass.

That would be great but I don't think Michigan is quite there yet. Believe me, I want to be wrong as I am a HUGE Michigan fan. They are very, very good, no doubt but they still have off the wall talent coming in. They are not done rebuilding. I think Speight needs one more season to progress. I still feel like he will be the Achilles heel for Michigan this season.
