51 actually, but I do agree he should be higher based on his 2nd half of the season performance.

I don't have a problem with him being 51, heck.. That is pretty high when you are talking about overall players. That is defensive players included.

I totally love that he is a 3rd round rookie and that he made it at all. RW is a special player and he will be higher next time.

I don't mind his position but I do mind that he's below luck/RG3.

Crap like this and the yearly awards needs to be voted on AFTER the playoffs. Maybe not after the superbowl only because the winners will be skewed probably too high but post-season play should be a factor.

playoff stats:

Andrew Luck:
24/51 for 288 yards 0 TD 1 INT
4 Rushes 35 yards 0 TD

RG3:
10/19 84 yards 2 TD 1 INT
5 rush 21 yards

Wilson:
39/62 572 yards 3 TD 1 INT
15 rush 127 yards 1 TD

is does mean Eli Manning is getting ranked higher? I didn't see him on the list..am I wrong? B/c he shouldn't be ranked higher. Maybe he doesn't make the list this year.

Congratulations Russell. Next year I'm sure he will be even higher.

51 is pretty damn good for a rookie. I'm sure Russell is not insulted by it.

I wouldn't trade Wilson for Luck or RG3.

Considering his was the 75th pick in the draft, being at 51 by any measure is pretty damn good.

Fair? In my opinion, no. But this time last year he was a third string rookie trying to make this team behind a pair of veterans. A year later and he has scrawled a little bit of history and earned a pretty revered place in most Seahawk fans hearts and minds. So I would say hes doing alright.

Great job Russell!

Go Hawks!

I was disappointed with the placing but they did a good job with his piece. He is a legend in the making. I would want no other QB. Not even the almighty Brady or the Holy Manning.

I'd feel pretty comfortable having him in the top 5, but my top 5 would all be QBs of course. If you were starting an expansion team today and you could steal any one player from around the league, I think there is a pretty strong case that Wilson would be the smartest choice.

My guess is that he'll be #2 on next year's top 100 list and we'll all be extremely pissed he wasn't higher.

Oh, and because I can't help myself, this list confirms what I've thought for a while: Andrew Luck now the NFL's most overrated player.
