Macdonald is lucky to be hired by the Hawks, a team that finished 9-8 last two seasons, with a probowl QB in place. Quinn did not have that luxury, he got his work cut out for him.

I'd rather have the #2 pick in a QB heavy draft than have Smith and the #16 pick.
