Helluva career. Legend status for sure.

I have a feeling he’ll be around a little while longer. I know his comments on the last radio show suggest otherwise but, it could be a blessing.

I know his fire is still burning but, wouldn’t it be great for him to take on a less stressful role, spend TIME with his wife and family, and still be connected to the game?

I’d love this for him….and there’s a good chance that’s exactly what he does.

Time for the next chapter.

Never said I was leaving dot net. I supported this team long before Pete and will long after. I just think it was the wrong move but I hope DQ proves me wrong.

Losing Pete is one of the hardest things I've been through in life
I get it, it wasn't an easy week for me either. I went to UW and was on top of the world Monday. By Friday afternoon, I felt like I was in a car crash thinking "why do I bother torturing myself with sports..."

That probably explains why you thought that so many people are outraged at the firing. When you're emotionally attached to someone, you tend to perceive things a little differently from reality.
