Sounders came back, twice, and won 4-2 so I guess Sigi can keep his job.

3 games left any everything to play for. Draw or victory friday wins the cadcadia cup. Then 2 vs the galaxy. Assuming we both enter level on points we would need 2 of the 6 points to win the supporters sheild.

Any chance they get Apam (that Nigerian defender they agreed with) before the LA matches? The word was he was still awaiting his visa stuff. Even though the defense played a bit better against the Rapids....that is still a shaky area as it stands now. The only reliable guys are Yedlin and Marshall. Frei - waste, Scott- injured, Anibaba - waste, Gonzalez - often injured, Traore - MIA, Remick - inexperienced, etc

No Yedlin for tonight's match. Hopefully the Sounders can put away the Whitecaps early. Defense is going to be shaky so a start like the one against the Rapids would be nice.

Seattle looks off tonight. They look slow, their first touches are sloppy, and their passes are off. And they just gave up the lead.

Seattle's posing absolutely no offensive threat at all tonight and the defense looks like they want to give up another goal. Seattle's going to end up needing two straight results against L.A. to win the Supporter's Shield.

"Unprecedented" Sounders announcement today at 2:00. Any guesses? All signs point to Sounders 2, but some rumors are swirling that the announcement will be about letting the public buy shares of the club.

Yep, both Seattle and Portland announce USL Pro teams today, Sounders 2 and Timbers 2. Sounders 2 will be run in conjunction with the Sounders Community Trust and Timbers 2 with the 1975 Trust.

Nice step in their Developmental Academy, shows stability of the organization. Most (might be close to all now) of the MLS clubs have either a USL team, NASL team or a PDL team for their older DA players.
