What is Bruce Irvin worth?

No way I would trade Irvin for less than a 3rd and that's only because of his contract situation. In reality he's a 2nd round level talent. I really hope we retain him as I think in general he is underrated.

I believe that he is an emerging superstar outside pass rusher, and that his emergence is being held up by our lack of pressure up the middle to collapse the pocket.

Quarterback pressure is what we needed to blow out Boston, and we lost our ten point lead when Avril got concussed. I believe we should retain our starting pass rushers, particularly our most athletic ones.
