Rodgers is not that much bigger than Wilson; He's 6'2" 225.
(Wilson is 5"11, 217)

Rodgers smaller stature flies in the face of the conventional "NFL prototype QB" being around 6'5", 240 (Newton, Luck) considering he's arguably the best QB on the planet.

"Aaron Rodgers was on 60 Minutes Sunday night talking about what it's like to be on a small market team, his unlikely rise to the top in the NFL, and how sensitive he can be.

Rodgers, who is 6'2" absolutely hates when someone meets him and says, "You're a lot smaller than I expected." Teammates chimed in too commenting on how sensitive their quarterback can be, and how they often compliment him on the little things to keep his spirits up."

Gotta have his ego propped up by everybody around him. What a shocker.

Man up, Erin. I hope Sherman mouths off to him about his height this Sunday.

If Wilson was 6'2 we would never hear game manager/system qb/great d/ great running game, we would only hear how great Wilson is.

If Wilson was 6'2 we wouldn't have been in position to draft him in the first place!

What "small" market team, Packers is one of the oldest franchise. Seattle now there is a small market team, well maybe not anymore.

It's worse than this comparison implies, too. Green Bay is just an extended-area small town in every negative connotation of the phrase.

Seriously, Kirkland feels like a bigger city in several ways than Green Bay, despite a smaller population and simply being a suburb of Seattle.

I kinda feel like hijacking this thread into an analysis of how modernism screwed almost all american cities into sprawled metro areas with comparetily tiny tiny downtown areas that has any kind of resembelance of a city feel and then SPRAAAAAAWLLLLLLLLLLL.

The upside though is that your cities usually have sthe streetgrid intact, meaning there is great hope of gradually make a larger city and less sprawl. In Sweden, most cities and towns have already maxed out their centers by surrounding them with large roads and villa areas, making it impossible for their centers to grow and the only growth happens in the boring outskirts

// end of architecture rant :D

Heck the Tri-cities area is twice as big as Green Bay.

I have no doubt he would have been the second pick in the entire draft and would have had serious consideration as the top pick.

Not at all surprised by Green Bay players outing Erin as extremely sensitive......

Great QB, douchey, whiney personality.

Except that the Green Bay metropolitan area (~300k population) is spread out over a SIGNIFICANTLY larger land area. Much more rural-feeling than the Olympia metropolitan area.

Wow, now that is getting rural. So we're talking more like Green Bay is basically like Port Orchard having an NFL franchise?
