I think he was a flash in the pan. Had a couple good games and we all got really excited we had an OK replacement for Lynch, as there is no one to replacing the BEAST.

I can see Rawls dropped by the end of the next season.

I thought he ran with passion and purpose yesterday and last week.

I don't get where Rawls bashing is comING from.

Goodness sakes...

No, Rawls is not a bust. Potentially injury prone, but when he's right, he's a game changer.

This thread is probably going to spiral out of control

Why did Pete pull him so early yesterday? What has he done that shows he is a long term answer for this team? He has not had 2 consecutive impressive back to back games this season. If you bring up he has been hurt, that backs up my claim. He cant put back to back games together. He has been consistently hurt.

Maybe bust is the wrong word, but I don't see him being around very long.

He is not hurt, it was because the Hawks were already behind 21-0 at half time so they pulled him and (mostly) gave up on the run game.

Before that he went something like 11 for 66, pretty good success. That first 7+ minute drive was really good and Rawls was key to it.

Because that's what coaches do when their teams fall behind by 25 points in the third quarter. They pull the RB because passing eats up less clock. Watch an NFL game sometime, dude.

12 carries for 67 yards? That's not a bust.

He averaged 5.58 ypc yesterday. OP-What the hell do you want?

Of all the issues with this team he's not one of them.

This entire topic is a bust.

Way way bigger fish to fry after that loss. And ANY undrafted free agent ever even starting an NFL game makes him a success story...period, end of discussion.
