Chancellor signing given A grade

OK, I'm not a cap guy, but I was a little worried when we I saw the Seahawks gave Kam Chancellor a 12M per year extension. That seems like a ton of money, especially compared to what top free agents (IE OL that we really need) made this offseason. Like, I feel like we could get two good OL for that price!

Am I off base here? I love Kam and all, but I thought we drafted all these safeties in this draft to move on from here next year. He's aging, and reinvesting now seems like bad timing.
