If you're playing crappy teams in your division, the games are much easier, and you can rotate in back ups. That's much better for the health of your players.

When you play in a tough division, the games are brutal and many times go down to the wire, wearing your players out because they have to play to the limit, all game long. Just look at how many nagging injuries we had in both or our SuperB Owls.

Easy division = easy season.

I think it's better to have the toughest schedule possible... Then the wins are sweeter and ya know how good ya are... Like pete says every game is a championship game... It's just the norm in Seattle...
