I think the kid is going to be a future superstar.

They got the must have goals in Nashville. Power plays and open net. Their biggest blunder was getting down two players at one point and inevitably getting scored upon.

Yeah when you’re 2 men down you really have to keep clearing the puck out there out of your own end to kill the 2 man disadvantage.

As a new NHL fan I’m enjoying this team a lot.
They are going to be an even deeper team once the get Yanni Gourde back.

Very true. …but very fixable. This team has been together for only a short period of time. Not making excuses as that was bad, but once they play more together everything will tighten up when it comes to those type of things.

Sheesh, Flyers are skating twice as fast as any of the other teams we've faced, and just like that, Krak are already behind 0-3! Too bad Soucy had his skate in the wrong place at the wrong time for the own goal.

Feels like I'm watching a re-run of what I watched a day ago. Most of the Kraken players appear mentally shot, and granted, it's been a long road trip where I'm sure the opportunity to get well-rested isn't the same as it would be in a normal schedule. They look like they're just sleepwalking out there.

Yanni Gourde looked good for his first game this year.

Defense is still sloppy AF though.
Getting tired of the dump and race to the puck business.

Passing needs to improve.

It will get there, just may take some time though.

The schedule is a bit weird. The Kraken are the only team that has played 5 games this season. The Flyers and Devils, who they played back to back had only played 1 game heading into the match up. So you have a brand new team, going on a 5 game road trip to start the season, and playing against teams that have played 2 to 3 games less.

On the bright side they get 3 days off before playing Vancouver at home.
