I’m reading between the lines in this situation.
I’m willing to bet a lot of money Rolo has had other vaccinations in his lifetime and never whined and cried about them, but now all of the sudden he is against vaccinations. The timing is everything. He is a rube that fell for political propaganda. In other words “he #%&$@# around, and found out!” as his peeps are fond of saying.

Rolovich attended the University of Hawaii, which like most state colleges and universities, has vaccination requirements for entry. Most organizations do not allow religious exemptions for specific vaccines, so if Rolovich has received any vaccine as an adult, it's going to be damn difficult for him to win his argument.

The very first thing that WSU's defense lawyers will do will be to subpoena Rolovich's vaccination records. They are not covered under HIPPA laws, so he would have to release them.
