Your argument would be more convincing if you could get any of the facts right.If someone can load up his assault weapons and cross state lines to confront someone he doesn't agree with, and have to murder people for his own safety, this should be pretty clear-cut, no?
The AR was already in the state and KR was not the aggressor at any point. In fact he attempted to retreat at multiple points, not shooting anyone until after they had either physical assaulted him or pointed a handgun at him. An illegally possessed gun in the hands of a felon by the way.
