I might interview Gruden, he IS a legit west coast disciple a la Holmgren, and a stickler for detail, a la Holmgren.

Also, he would hire the best DC and let them run the show, which is a huge plus.. HUGE.

I'm assuming the Gruden suggestions are a joke. I'll play along and nominate Mike Singletary for the job.

Gruden was overrated BEFORE he was outed as a bigot. I'll be disappointed if he even gets an interview.

I am with you their I was shocked when Miami sacked him.
I have heard reports Jim Harbraugh is looking to get back into the NFL if true he would be my first choice but Flores would be second

Regarding Gruden, I don't think he can be considered a joke. Football turns a blind eye to thinks like what he did when there is talent. ESPN were quite happy to hire him, after 11 games Deshaun Watson will be welcomed back a hero, I wouldn't be surprised if someone hires Grudan after a year or two "suspension" but I home the Hawks don't touch him.
