Russell's never been good at looking off receivers or moving LB's and safeties around with his eyes.

He either quickly makes the throw or waits for the play to break down and throws off script. Not a lot of going through progressions and throwing to the correct window or receiver.

It's why good defenses like the Rams can easily fluster and frustrate Russell with disguising coverage, he's pretty easy to trick.

If someone from the Russ crowd can show the guy doing what Zag says he's not good at, then do it. Otherwise, the joke is that there are still Russ loyalists that think he's infallible and a victim of everyone around him. There's a mountain of evidence (not opinion) and stalled drives that says its not his forte.

He had a better game, for sure.

Biggest difference with Russ today hands down was stepping up in the pocket. And what do you know. Line this time was VERY broken and stepping up made that big a difference...

Outside screens still will be a struggle because his natural drop point is already so deep.
