I don't want to see the Rams win the division or go deep in the playoffs. And yes, I am saying this because of the referees practically handing that Tuesday game to them. So for this season, go Cardinals, go 49ers. Next season, let's go Seahawks.

The Rams are on a trajectory to win the NFC West. Do the Seahawks tank vs. the Cardinals to help the Rams win the division? I say NO, NO, AND HELL NO!

The Rams seem to have the stronger team as the playoffs approach. I can't really say it makes a difference to the Hawks who takes the division, it only matters to the fans. We have no 1st round draft pick so draft position isn't much of a factor.

I guess I'm far more concerned with the Hawks fixing the team going forward and don't really care which NFCW team does well or not in the playoffs. The only outcome I'd hate would be the Niners pulling a 2011 Giants and winning the Owl. I'd root for the Rams or the Cardinals to win the Owl if they get there. I'd root for the Niners over the Packers in any matchup, even the NFCCG.

Rams and 49ers are both *capable* of beating any opponent on any field during the playoffs. Cards, well, they got exposed in that horrific loss to the Lions and no idea if they can recover or if the damage is permanent.

Playoffs on the NFC side will be a rock-paper-scissors thing, IMO. Packers, Bucs, Rams should be favored. 49ers best hope is to face the Rams.

Somehow, a bit twisted, but I wouldn't mind seeing the Packers win it all, just for Aaron Rodgers sake. He is playing at an extremely high level even as his team is making plans to move on from him. I'll be rooting against Packers in every matchup except TB or the Owl.

Should be fun.

That SB they went to with Kurt Warner was an amazing run and I was totally rooting for them to pull it off. Alas, Cards defense folded like a house of cards on that final Pissburgh drive. And that 95-yard INT return just before half--14 point swing.

Do you think the Cards demolishment by the Lions was a one-week fluke? Or have the Cards and Murray been "figured out" by the rest of the league? Or is it just that their QBs badly miss the DeAndre Hopkins security blanket? How do they come back from that beatdown by a 1-win team?

Any given Sunday, but these last few years it's the unexpected roster changes with Covid that has affected so many teams also, you can't compensate for losing 10 and or 15 players and going up against a mostly intact team of starters, even getting players back they may not be at 100 percent, we don't know how sound they are. The teams and NFL are not transparent. Look at Wilson after the fact saying he wasn't playing with a good hand for the time he came back. Geno should have been in Russell hurt our team. Back on topic.

So your team health with Covid and injuries is going to determine your ability to win as much as talent of the roster for the time being and future.

The margin between a winning team and a losing team is very thin in the NFL and always has been.

The Lions are also a 2.5 win team that has the talent of a 5-6 win team. They would be favoured against Jax/NJJ/Hou. They would even challenge the Seahawks.

And really? A Niner SB win would make you happy?

Not me.
I like reminding the trolling 9’er fans they haven’t won a Lombardi THIS century. 8)
I should have put money on the Rams to win it all last week @ 7.7/1, it’s now 6.6/1 at the local sportsbook.

Stupid stupid stupid! 8)

I thought I wanted the Cardinals to win the division, but as they need to win this week to win the division, and that means beating us, I just can't bring myself to root for a Seahawks loss. It's not even really helpful in the draft as we don't have our 1st round pick this year. Right now, I'd rather just win the final game and let the other teams' chips fall where they may and then pick a team in the playoffs.

Meh, most 49ers fans have come to accept it. The reality is Seahawks fans like to move the goal posts. You haven't won a chip in almost 10 years (when Obama was still in the early stages of his 2nd term). Told you guys that winning a SB is hard and that before you know it, it's 20 years (or 10 years in the 1-2's case). It's going to be hilarious in another 10 years the Seahawks super bowl will be 20 years old. Then you'll be moving the goal posts again saying only super bowls in the last 20 years are relevant.

But also, the reality is Seattle has been eliminated from the playoffs. Every team in the NFC West is better than you and are fighting for playoff spots. You're still feeling the affect of the Jamal Adams trade and watching real teams compete for a super bowl from the couch in a week.

The last reality is, the 49ers are and will always be one of the more famous team in NFL history. Seahawks will forever be known for throwing an interception at the 1 that single handedly killed any chance they had at a "dynasty". You're called the 1-2's for a reason. Seahawks fans have little man syndrome when it comes to the 49ers. I don't blame you, your history only go backs 9 seasons.

Yeh check out the win loss record in NFC since we got here and our record against the NFC west, how many division banners etc, think you might want to rethink your 9 years.

Regardless of when, where or how, 5-7 is still better than 1-2. You can keep telling yourself 9ers wins were in last century blah, blah, blah if it makes you feel better. Hawks had all those years in AFC they could've played against the 9ers but they didn't make it. As far Hawk SBs this century, you have only one more and only one more win, BFD!

Cling to whatever you can to make yourselves feel better. Welcome back to irrelevance.

Yeah we had a down year, but you still lost your Super Bowl against us, not once but twice this year. Also you are the one bringing up Super Bowls not anyone here.

Right, search "super bowls" and see how many times hawk fans use the this century line. Try getting back to reality.

Usually in reply to we have 5, and a Seahawks fan will say in this Century?

You're not very good at this, maybe quit while you are just up to your neck in shit instead of going all the way under.

1-2 is still better than 0 for 2. Those are the facts, though I know you hate living in a facts based reality.
