Yeah, that 2013 recruiting class was loaded with talent at the top end. No surprise that so many NBA teams are taking this year off.

Its either Boston or Philly's GM that said that lol, NBA though its hard to tank for the top spot because you don't get that #1 pick a lot of times due to the lottery, sometimes I wish the NFL would employ this method.

But it seems right now, that this year is going to be one of those years where if you get in the top 3-5 picks, you're freaking golden, much like it was for that 2003 draft.

The lottery system is good for stopping teams that tank, but it opens up a lot of conspiracy.

The Portland Trailblazers have earned some positive praise.

This is a team that can really shoot the ball.

The acquisition of Robin Lopez really has improved the center position.

Joel Freeland can make NBA plays in a limited reserve role.

I had lambasted Paul Allen for making a remedial effort this past offseason. It looks like now the Blazers have something to build on.
if McCullom can come in and contribute this can be an interesting team.

Meanwhile, the Lakers are very feast or famine. It seems like they put up a bunch of points or score like, 50. Xavier Henry with a HUGE slam. Insane.
