Has Mariota announced he's returning? Because if he's not, it's hard to imagine the Ducks being better next year.

Hasn't announced either way yet. A lot of rumors though that if he leaves Braxton miller will be transferring to the ducks and be eligible to play right away. If he comes and is healthy then I think we're right back in the playoffs.
Other then qb I think next years duck team will be the most talented we've ever had, so hopefully either mariotA or miller will be there.
