As fans we see this all the time play a game of aggressive play calling and domination against what is considered a good team, get a lead and they get conservative, why because you have not been there before and play it safe hoping to win instead of continue the aggressive way you got the lead.

Why the Patriots win, ahead, they pile it on, behind they adjust and watch the other team choke and get conservative. Play their game and run plays that will get them penalties or yards knowing the other team will play soft or prevent because they are hoping to win.
