Aldon Smith sentenced for DUI

It's only for one year. It's like his 3rd DUI. He got off light imo.

I knew a guy in high school who had 4 DUI's before he had his driver's license,
Having a DL is not a prerequisite for getting a DUI.

So, this guy is in my county jail and his projected release is 10/2023, I assume for good behavior.

Enrolling in a program like aa would be seen as good behavior.

yup. there was also a party at his house in East San Jose where it was discovered (i forget how) that he had assault weapons.

That's not a concern for me unless they were shooting them into the air or something. It is still legal to own them.
