This is a CLASSIC trap game...

A team that they should easily handle, who has just come off a short week while the Seahawks have a long one, a team that just got beaten down by an undermanned Cardinals squad.

The line will be about 10... maybe 11.

Actually as of right now I am seeing 4.5 to 5.5 on different casino websites.

Molasses slow defense, I think our speed on offense will do them in.

I also see our pass defense being better than AZ.

I will also say that I remember a game we played at Husky stadium when Mirer was QB. We were 2-0 and supposed to be 3-0 by playing SD. First series we had them backed up to their own 1. QB throws a 50 yard pass, they take it to the house and the beating was ON....ugh.

Seattle starts slow, Chargers have the lead at halftime, Seattle finally takes control in the 4th quarter for a less-than-comfortable win.

Seattle Seahawks - 27
San Diego Chargers - 24

You guys think this is a match-up...?? Mismatch!!!

Here's some truth - SD fans are apathetic... they haven't woke up from their nap on the beach yet... This is going to be like a home game for the Seahawks.

Hawks roll these bums.

Just thinking of that last regular season game at Qwest, where Rivers marched his team downfield at the end. There was absolutely nothing the Hawks D to do to prevent the pass attack, until Earl stepped in at the last second.

Rivers has as many weapons now, if not more.

I predict ugly, followed by sighs of relief afterwards. Oh, and someone gets a TD that no one would predict.

Road games = Close games. Pete and Bevell will probably be too conservative for our liking just to keep the score close. I agree this could be a trap game, but I am being optimistic as well.

Might want to kiss Dementia on the cheek and have another cup of coffee, Fester.

The Aristotelian Unities dictate the chorus must follow the bridge, not the verse.

The pass rush will be effective against that weak right side of the Bolt's O-line. Look for the Hawks to try and flush the relatively-immobile Rivers into tossing before the cookies are done baking. In similar fashion to how receivers were punished for catches in SBXLVIII, the middle will be shut down early from anxiety attacks and force them into the deep ball where a hungry Sherman, and a surging B-Max, will be ready.

Hawks will win going away after halftime adjustments nullify the SD screen game. Once Rivers hits the turf a few times his poor attitude surfaces and the picks become glorious and tasty.

Only one defense ranked worse than Green Bay's last year. San Diego. On the road, we should rack up 30. San Diego's offense last year was the 2nd best. Arizona's depleted defense held them to 17 in Arizona. At home, vs the LOB, I'll be generous and say they score 20.

Seattle 30 San Diego 20.

Chargers just look sooooo slow on offense and defense - but you can never count out Rivers.

I said it before, and I'll say it again. SD is coming back down to Earth this year, because last year they had a light and fluffy schedule. Double team Corey Liuget, and who they do they have left on defense?

Rivers is pretty good, a fierce competitor, but he puts a lot of air under the ball. It didn't hurt against the Cardinals, but it will against Seattle where Maxwell >>>>>>>>> Cromartie (and the same can be said about Sherman v. Petersen.)

Going to be a fun one - there is no such thing as a SD crowd, and Seattle fans are traveling. Call this one 34 - 13.

After watching last night I can't see the Chargers getting a TD this Sunday.

41 - 6 Hawks crush.
