Wagner, who played the last 10 seasons with the rival Seattle Seahawks, is visiting the Rams on Wednesday and there is mutual interest in working out a deal, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported...

Ouch....

Makes sense from both sides. The type of championship pedigree level leader that can help you get repeat Super Bowls.

These aren't the Jeff Fisher Rams - I have no hate for that operation whatsoever. I'd be rooting for Bobby to get that 2nd ring in all potential matchups other than Bills/Bengals.

He wants to get either paid good or win another ring.

No one will give him 10mill multi contract year, so I'm guessing he's going for a cheap option with a ring.

NFC is really weak, and the easiest choice would be the Rams, and I'm guessing somewhere in the 4-5mill .

He wants 11m for the year.

Rams won't pay that. So, I expect him to go to who is paying that.

Give it up dude.

Or just hang a sign that says: trying to get Red Alice to notice me.
Ha! Well played.

Wags isn't dumb. He'll go somewhere that is a competitor and has a strong group of interior defenders in front of him. The Rams and Niners fit that bill. And at least half a dozen teams in the AFC.

Curious as to the structure/real money. 10 M a year seems steep for an inside LB in a 3-4.
