I read reports that Eskridge had learning issues, QBs often had to remind him where to line up and stuff. If that's true, he may never develop

I hoped Goodwin would stay one more year, but he seemed to get fragile. Wouldn't hurt for us to get our TEs more involved. We have some good ones. KC, Rams, SF...teams are making a living going to the tight end early and often. Fant was a first round pick and shows why when he gets ample opportunity. I'd give him a heavier work load.

WR3 is third biggest need in the draft after DT and LB.

Would not mind trying a different approach. Say we draft Darrell Washington and then play Noah Fant as a hybrid slot receiver. That would be interesting.

Fant has every reason to goes bonkers in his contract year too. Could earn him a good next contract and a returning compensatory pick to Seattle.
