We could lose several more games. WA beat the Steelers. The Jets almost beat the Raiders. The Niners and Rams are going to be very tough. We could potentially lose 4 out of the next 5 games and get bounced from the playoffs. This team has lost teams that it should not have.

I don’t see us losing to the Jets, depressing though the last loss was. Wilson had a bad game, but he did not suddenly become a bad QB.

We beat the Jets, but not by much.

Everyones' blood pressure should get a work out.

The Jets will play this game like it’s their SuperBowl, will the Seahawks over look them? Possibly.....it’s certainly not a lock to win. No team in the NFL wants to go a whole season with no wins.

Lol no they won't. They are losing out on purpose for the #1 pick.

This is the most likely event.

One win still gets them the #1 pick

Not that I’m opposed to changing up some of the staff but does anyone have any info on coaches of any position being fired from a team that was 8-4 and tied in record for the division. Seems that perfection is the only indication of capability.
Obviously not in-season but the Chargers fired Schotty's pops after near perennial playoff appearances and a 12-4 record in his final season. There are some parallels to Pete, especially playoff losses year after year.

The better poll question is SHOULD people start getting fired. There is absolutely no accountability in management so no of course no firings.

Marty coached SD for 5 years, made the playoffs in 2 seasons and went 0-2
2004 12-4 and the #4 they lost at home to the #5 Jets.
2006 14-2 and the #1 they lost at home to the Patriots

And then was fired after the season. Pete made the SB both times his team was the #1 and has never lost a home playoff game with Seattle.

It means nothing. Except for being mocked for losing to a winless team.

The Jets are going to be playing for everything. For the Hawks it's just another game. Hawks go to playoffs, Jets go home no matter who wins.

This game means nothing UNLESS, you come out of it with players on IR.
